What values do we uphold through our catering service?
Our catering service is based on strong values:
- Eco-responsibility, through the use of seasonal fruit and vegetables, sourced from local and sustainable suppliers, and as organic as possible.
- Reducing waste, with an active approach to zero waste.
- Combating food waste, thanks to our collaboration with l’Ilôt ASBL.
Do we work with local or seasonal produce?
Yes, we prioritise organic, seasonal products sourced from small local producers.
Our drinks follow the same philosophy: we exclude brands owned by large multinationals or produced in an unethical manner.
We also use an osmosis system, which purifies tap water and allows us to produce our own sparkling water, thereby reducing plastic packaging.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate all dietary requirements and special needs, so that every guest can enjoy the meal to the fullest.
Do we provide the service, equipment and tableware?
Yes, we take care of the entire service, as well as providing equipment and tableware, to offer you a turnkey solution.
What are the differences between our Walking Dinners and our Live Cooking?
Our Walking Dinners offer five variations per guest, chosen from a varied selection, served both buffet-style and on a platter.
Our Live Cooking is designed for events of 100 people or more and includes three counters (or more on request), each representing the cuisine of a country of your choice.
Do we work with service providers (decorators, DJs, venues, etc.)?
Yes, we do rent our rooms at La Tricoterie in Saint-Gilles, and we work with trusted service providers for decoration, music and logistics.
We are also open to working with your own service providers if you wish.
Do we offer personalised or tailor-made menus?
Yes, of course ! The menus presented on our website are primarily examples.
We create fully customised menus tailored to your preferences, budget and the style of your event. Each proposal is tailor-made to best reflect your tastes and needs.
Do we do home delivery or delivery to the event venue?
Yes, we always deliver to the location of your choice, whether it’s your home or directly to your event venue.
We offer several options:
– a simple delivery package,
– a delivery + installation and service package for a complete, hassle-free service.
How far in advance should one book a caterer?
We recommend that you book at least one week in advance to guarantee the availability of our teams and products.
In exceptional cases, we may accept orders up to 48 hours before the event, with a menu adapted to the time constraints.
What geographical areas do we deliver to?
We deliver all over Belgium, wherever your event takes place.
Do we accept small events (fewer than 30 people)?
Our services are generally available for groups of 30 people or more.
However, exceptions can be made: please contact us for a personalised quote if your event has fewer guests.
How does payment work (deposit, balance, etc.)?
A deposit is required upon signing the contract to confirm the booking.
The balance is payable after the event, according to the terms specified in your quote.
