SUPPLIERS AND CRAFTSPERSONS WHO SHARE OUR VALUES

La Tricoterie aims to follow an eco-responsible approach in all its activities. This is also reflected in our choice of suppliers: we only work with artisans or small local businesses that use local, seasonal, organic and fair trade products.

To remain consistent with this commitment, we do not work with external service providers.

CATERING THAT AIMS FOR ZERO WASTE

From production to table service, all our containers have been chosen to limit waste. We also favour presentation methods using edible containers and limit unnecessary tableware.

Target 0% WASTE

We are working to reduce food waste as much as possible. We offer solutions for collecting any leftover food, and we also work with l’Îlot ASBL, an organisation that fights homelessness and regularly collects our surplus produce to give to people in need.
