Specific equipment and photo booth

We work with several partners for the rental of specific equipment. Whether it’s special furniture, plants for a warm, green décor, translation booths for your professional events or any other equipment : tell us what you want, and we’ll take care of the rest !

We can also provide you with a photobooth (or photo booth), which will allow you to leave the same evening with personalised photos. Several formulas are available, with or without a host.

Teambuildings and animations

La Tricoterie is first and foremost a cultural venue : we are therefore surrounded by a network of professional artists and entertainers, which enables us to offer you high-quality entertainment and artistic services for your event !

Are you looking for a teambuilding or an animation for your event ? We can offer you several concepts, in a wide variety of fields, to be adapted to your wishes and themes.

Some examples : Improshow, Laughter Yoga, recycling or art workshops, musical quizzes, themed tours and visits in Brussels, karaoke, singing and dancing challenges, etc.

Live music

Are you looking for an artistic performance to offer your guests at your event ? That’s a great idea ! We have been working for years with many DJs, musicians, singers, and artists of all kinds, whom we recommend according to your tastes.

Looking for a DJ set ? We have been working with several reliable service providers since 2013. They can create a customised playlist with you, so that your evening is exactly as you had dreamed.

Are you more interested in live music ? We can organise a live concert for you to welcome your guests or to launch your party. Live music always brings a warmth to an event and at the same time allows the guests to meet during a cocktail party for example, without monopolising the attention. We can recommend artists for all tastes : cover versions, French songs, folk, jazz band...

La Tricoterie also has a large piano that you can rent. We can also offer you the services of an experienced pianist, possibly with a violinist as a duo, for a refined atmosphere that your guests will not soon forget.

Communication, photo & video

Communication

Give your event the visibility it deserves ! We work in partnership with two visual communication agencies, which are at the origin of the Tricoterie project : Vertige (for the association) and Y-media.

If you wish to entrust us with the communication of your event, we can design and print your posters, invitations, flyers... or even create the website of your event !

Photo et video

We offer the services of various experienced photographers to cover your event. They can work on a fixed price basis and provide you with photos in different formats, as well as an online gallery.

Do you want an after movie, a teaser, a reportage ? We have several videographers who can do all this for you. Our team can also set up a complete recording of your event, as well as a streaming broadcast if you wish !

Public transport and cycling

La Tricoterie is easily accessible by public transport :

TRAIN : Brussels South Station (10 minutes’ walk or Tram 81)
METRO : 3-4-2-6 - "Porte de Hal" stop (5 minutes on foot)
TRAM : 81 - "Bethlehem" stop, in front of the Tricoterie
BUS : 49-50-32 - "Avenue du Roi" stop

We also have a bike park in front of the Tricoterie. Another bicycle parking, as well as a VILLO station, are located on the Place Bethléem (1 minute walk).

Nearby car parks

If you are coming by car, we invite you to park at the Porte de Hal Interparking (in front of the Bordet Hospital), an underground car park with 500 spaces that offers very attractive rates at night and at weekends. Reservations are possible for your event.

You can also opt for the Q-Park car park at the Gare du Midi, which has 1,500 spaces and is a 10-minute walk from La Tricoterie.

Personalized shuttles

We work with a shuttle company that offers round trips in a 9-seater mini-bus. You will be able to reach the Porte de Hal Interparking (in 4 minutes), the Gare du Midi or any other point of your choice.

Another possible solution is to hire large buses (50 people) to link the point of your choice to La Tricoterie, for example to allow your employees to leave their cars near your offices.

Deliveries and VIP

For your deliveries or reservations in front of La Tricoterie, we work with the municipal services to offer you a legal solution adapted to your needs.
